Greyfell Farm is a small, diversified Vermont dairy farm dedicated to delicious, artisan cheeses made from sheep and cows of the highest quality genetics.
Greyfell farm is owned and operated by Lucas Fletcher:
"My first summer job, at the ripe old age of twelve (turning thirteen-mid summer) was milking ewes for David Major at Vermont Shepherd. Clearly this was more than a little influential on my life because twenty five years later here I am with my very own sheep dairy (and cows too). I’ve bounced around a lot over the past quarter century but a couple of things have remained constant, dairy and delicious artisan cheeses. Greyfell Farm is my ‘life project’ to showcase all the things that I love and appreciate about Vermont agriculture. I am so incredibly fortunate to be able to chase my dreams and surround myself with this incredible landscape, beautiful animals, phenomenal food, and the amazing people I call my family and friends. “
